The breakfast terrace offered a nice view. i noticed bosporus stretching out before me, quite a sight! the breakfast options were also excellent. I especially liked the variety of cheeses. the staff really cared about the guests. You could tell that they wanted to help.
the noise was a problem. we heard conversations through the walls, and chairs scraped on the roof above! it continued all night, and i didn't sleep well. also the bathroom door woud not close. the fridge was not plugged in either.

i appreciated the staff's promptness with early access to my room after my flight changed. the staff's communication was clear and helpful. the hotel is near galata tower and the sea. i saw many restaurants nearby.
the prayers from the nearby mosque were audible in the early morning, something light sleepers may notice.

the reception staff were always smiling and happy to help guests. they provided local recommendations and assisted with luggage. the staff genuinely cares about their guests and works to.

the hotel is accessible from the tram, located just a short walk away. i found many restaurants nearby. the hotel is close to major tourist attractions, easily walkable for sightseeing.

the beautiful family room was clean. the cleaning staff cleaned the room daily with an electronic system. the hotel provided free unlimited packaged drinking water, a very generous amenity that we used throughout the stay.

i was charmed by how close everything was. the tram station was a short walk away. i also found several nice restaurants nearby, convenient. the hotel had a complimentary coffee machine and water dispenser in the lobby which was really thoughtful. housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean too.
the prayers from the nearby mosque were quite loud in the early morning. i could hear the loudspeakers every morning. if you prefer sleeping in late, this might be something to keep in mind.

the room was very clean, and the sheets and towels smelled fresh. i appreciated that the perfume used in the hotel gave off a clean feel. all of it added to a very lovely stay.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, always happy to assist. i found them to be very kind, especially with local recommendations. they even helped with luggage pickup from the main street, which i thought was really thoughtful of them.

the breakfast had a nice view and great variety. i especially enjoyed the different types of cheeses, around 5-6. the baked goods and cakes were some of the best i had. the breakfast exceeded my expectations and was amazing.
